Duplex apartment in the residential blocks at the intersection of Avenida de Roma with Avenida Estados da América, designed in 1952 by the architects José Segurado and Filipe Figueiredo.

The project sought to preserve the architectural elements of the 1950's with high aesthetic and architectural value. The utilities were renewed as well and the sanitary and kitchen facilities were adapted, creating an environment coherent with the building, but functionally updated.
