Rehabilitation and refurbishment project for a duplex apartment with garden in the backyard

Project developed for a 19th century building. Traditionally built in the 19th century, integrated into a rehabilitated building in good condition.

The project sought to reclassify the interior of the apartment by creating a new interior layout with the creation of two toilets and new interior stairs. The fraction was originally transformed into a contemporary T2 in which traditional materials were preserved.

The sanitary installations were designed with the use of traditional handcrafted tiles and honed lioz stone.

Part of the building's support structure was exposed with the presence of original carpentry elements such as the crosses of St. André as well as part of the solid brick walls.

The patio has been completely rehabilitated with the demolition of existing buildings and the creation of a leisure and barbecue area and a garden area with fruit trees.
