Pombaline style building located on the corner of Garrett street with Ivens street. The interior had suffered previous interventions when several floors were demolished and steel structures and concrete elements were added, changing the Pombaline structure. Therefore, the entire interior was demolished and a new interior concrete structure was built.

The project was developed in a way that the access to the apartments, as well as to shops, was located at Garrett street. Two stores were created on the ground floor and first floor (in order to raise the level of the apartments keeping them away from the street level and its noise). On the upper floors, were created 7 apartments of different sizes, with 1 to 4 bedrooms.

The entire building was rebuilt using the best materials and utilities.
